1 - Add Items to your shopping cart

If you want to order massage oil from The Massage Oil Shop, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click the "Add Item" button on the Product Information page.

Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button to continue through to payment and delivery details

2 - Checkout and Delivery details

To use the massage oil shop you must be a registered user and be logged in - to register click on the "Sign up now" link which is on the left hand side of the page

Member Registration

To register you will need to enter your contact details including name, address, company (if applicable) and phone number. This will ensure we have your shipping details.

If your shipping details are different from your billing details, be sure to enter these details correctly. If you don't enter the correct shipping details, the goods will be sent to the billing address.

once you are logged in and have confirmed your order and the delivery details including suburb, postcode and state, you click the "update totals" button which will then calculate postage for you.

once you are happy with the order you then click "finalise order" button which is at the bottom of the page (you may need to scroll down to see it)

3 - Payment Details

The Massage Oil Shop accepts credit card payments including American Express, Visa and Mastercard through our online payment gateway eWay www.eway.com.au . We also accept orders by post with phone payments and payment by cheque or direct credit.

Please select the payment type during checkout. If payment is by creditcard you will be prompted to enter your credit card details exactly as they appear on your card

You then simply click on the button "Finalise your purchase" to complete the order.

4 - Order Confirmation

Once you have proceeded to purchase, you will see a screen thanking you for your order. You will see an order number and will be emailed a receipt of your order shortly thereafter.
