What are the shipping costs
Shipping is handled by Australia post and is calculated and displayed on
the website before you checkout.
Please Note: If the actual Australia Post costs for an order exceed the
amount of our invoice we reserve the right to contact you to confirm your
order and arrange billing for any additional Australia post costs over and
above the amount invoiced.
Shipping costs are based upon product weight and delivery location

Anything with a weight under 500g being charged a flat rate of $8.50. For
parcels above 500g and under 3kg they are charged a flat rate of $13.50
Heavier parcels will be calculated on a case by case basis depending upon
delivery location and weight and this will be displayed before you finalise
the purchase

Shipping times
In most cases after you order the goods are sent the same day or next day
however if there is a problem with delivery such as if goods are
unavailable or out of stock with our suppliers we will contact you to
confirm the status
Most parcels arrive within 3 days, however for interstate, regional and
remote areas please allow up to 10 days for postage.
If by then you have not received an order please check with your local
post office in case they are holding your parcel for collection
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Refund & Returns Policy
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no
charge. Any orders which are delivered incorrectly through the fault of
healthshopaust.com, will be replaced at no additional charge to the
customer or a full refund of the initial charge.
In some circumstances, we may elect that a replacement product or repair
is sufficient remedy instead of a credit note. This election will be at our
sole discretion, but will only occur after consultation with you and in
accordance with relevant warranties, other contracts and statutes.

not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This
refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged
after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if
they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their
original condition.
