What are the shipping costs
Shipping is handled by Australia post and Fastway couriers and the cost is calculated and displayed on the website before you checkout.Shipping costs are based upon product weight and delivery location and are displayed to you before you make a payment in the shopping cart checkout process. Heavier or bulky parcels will be calculated on a case by case basis depending upon delivery location and weight and this will be displayed before you finalise the purchase
If in some cases due to remote or regional delivery the actual courier or
post shipping costs are more than quoted on the website we reserve the
right to contact you with the updated delivery charges - if you do not
accept the extra costs for delivery we are happy to provide a refund in
full and cancel your orders
Delivery Address
Please make sure you check and provide a full street delivery address
including business name and shop number if appropriate so the courier
does not return the order
Most parcels arrive within 5 business days, however for interstate, regional and remote areas please allow up to 10 business days for postage. If by then you have not received an order please check with your local post office in case they are holding your parcel for collection
International shipments can take several weeks

Important Notice re: Customs Fees
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and so we advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" ) and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thank you for your understanding.
Return to sender
If you do not collect your item or are unable to receive it and the order is returned to sender then unfortunately a re-delivery charge will apply.

In most cases after you order the goods are sent the same day or next day however sometimes due to large volumes we may take a day or so to ship your order. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
